Whip It Good

All right, you’re officially hearing it here.  My husband, bothered by the (alleged) non-stop complaining from me that I want to lose a few pounds and tone up, has designed a workout program for me to follow for the next two months.  He claims that if I follow it, I’ll finally tone up.

(On a side note, we’ve gone back and forth for awhile about how to work out, as he promotes random workouts using heavy weights, and I like to workout every day, mostly cardio, using less weights.)

Since my way hasn’t done much for me, I’m giving his way a try.

We worked out for the first time yesterday, with the majority of the focus on my legs/butt.  I admit, it was a tough workout.  He pushed me pretty hard, and I’m sore.  I’m still not convinced it will work.

However, I’m making this a public entry on my blog, so I just might have to swallow my pride if his workout program shows some results.  Only time will tell…Check back in on November 7 for the results, where I’ll be posting pounds and inches lost…or lack thereof, if his workout plan failed.
